Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesaplar uyarısız askıya alınabilir. Yapılan satın alımlar geri ödenmez.
Abonelikler Google Play / App Store hesap ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edilebilir. Mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminiz devam eder. Türkiye'de tüketici hakları çerçevesinde 14 gün cayma hakkı geçerlidir, ancak dijital içerik (jeton, karakter) tüketildikten sonra iade kapsamı dışındadır. Refund taleplerini Google Play / App Store üzerinden veya bilkazanapp@gmail.com adresine yapabilirsiniz.
Önemli: Hesabınızı silmeniz aktif aboneliği iptal etmez. App Store / Play Store hesabınızdan ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir; aksi halde otomatik yenilenmeye devam eder.
Uygulama, sorular, görseller ve "BilKazan" markası bize aittir. Kullanıcı tarafından yüklenen avatar gibi içeriklerde, kullanıcı bize yayınlama lisansı verir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz çalışma, hatasız ortam veya belirli bir sonuç garantisi vermiyoruz. Bağlantı sorunları, sunucu bakımı veya beklenmedik kesintilerden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası — Hesap Silme). Ayrıca koşulları ihlal halinde hesabınızı askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Güncel koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmanız gerekir.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklarda Erzincan mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

By using BilKazan ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
Accounts violating these rules may be suspended without notice. Purchases are non-refundable in such cases.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Google Play / App Store account settings. You retain access through the end of the current period. EU/Turkey 14-day right of withdrawal applies for subscriptions, but consumed digital items (gems, character days) are non-refundable. Refund requests can be made via Google Play / App Store or by emailing bilkazanapp@gmail.com.
Note: Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it separately from your App Store / Play Store account; otherwise it auto-renews.
The App, questions, artwork, and the "BilKazan" brand belong to us. For user-uploaded content (e.g. avatars), you grant us a license to display it.
The App is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free environment, or specific results. We are not liable for damages arising from connectivity issues, server maintenance, or unexpected outages.
You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy — Account Deletion). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of terms violations.
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced in-app. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Erzincan.

Abonnements können jederzeit über Ihre Google Play / App Store-Kontoeinstellungen gekündigt werden. Sie behalten den Zugriff bis zum Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums. EU / Türkei 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht gilt für Abonnements, aber verbrauchte digitale Artikel (Edelsteine, Charaktertage) sind nicht erstattungsfähig. Rückerstattungsanträge können über Google Play / App Store oder per E-Mail an bilkazanapp@gmail.com gestellt werden.
Hinweis: Das Löschen Ihres Kontos kündigt kein aktives Abonnement. Sie müssen es separat von Ihrem App Store / Play Store-Konto kündigen; andernfalls erneuert es sich automatisch.
Die App, Fragen, Grafiken und die Marke "BilKazan" gehören uns. Für von Nutzern hochgeladene Inhalte (z. B. Avatare) gewähren Sie uns eine Lizenz zur Anzeige.
Die App wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir geben keine Garantie für unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb, fehlerfreie Umgebung oder bestimmte Ergebnisse. Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die durch Verbindungsprobleme, Serverwartung oder unerwartete Ausfälle entstehen.
Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit löschen (siehe Datenschutzerklärung — Kontolöschung). Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Ihr Konto bei Verstößen gegen die Bedingungen auszusetzen oder zu beenden.
Wir können diese Bedingungen gelegentlich aktualisieren. Wesentliche Änderungen werden in der App angekündigt. Wenn Sie den aktualisierten Bedingungen nicht zustimmen, müssen Sie die Nutzung der App einstellen.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Türkei. Streitigkeiten werden vor den Gerichten von Erzincan beigelegt.

सदस्यताओं को आपके Google Play / App Store खाता सेटिंग्स से किसी भी समय रद्द किया जा सकता है। आप वर्तमान अवधि के अंत तक पहुँच बनाए रखते हैं। EU / तुर्की 14-दिवसीय वापसी का अधिकार सदस्यताओं पर लागू होता है, लेकिन उपभोग किए गए डिजिटल आइटम (जेम, किरदार दिन) गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं। धनवापसी अनुरोध Google Play / App Store के माध्यम से या bilkazanapp@gmail.com को ईमेल करके किए जा सकते हैं।
ध्यान दें: अपना खाता हटाने से सक्रिय सदस्यता रद्द नहीं होती। आपको इसे अपने App Store / Play Store खाते से अलग से रद्द करना होगा; अन्यथा यह स्वतः नवीनीकृत हो जाएगी।
ऐप, प्रश्न, कलाकृति और "BilKazan" ब्रांड हमारे हैं। उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा अपलोड की गई सामग्री (जैसे अवतार) के लिए, आप हमें इसे प्रदर्शित करने के लिए लाइसेंस प्रदान करते हैं।
ऐप "जैसा है" प्रदान किया गया है। हम निर्बाध संचालन, त्रुटि-मुक्त वातावरण या विशिष्ट परिणामों की कोई गारंटी नहीं देते। हम कनेक्टिविटी समस्याओं, सर्वर रखरखाव या अप्रत्याशित आउटेज से उत्पन्न होने वाले नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं।
आप किसी भी समय अपना खाता हटा सकते हैं (देखें गोपनीयता नीति — खाता हटाना)। हम शर्तों के उल्लंघन के मामले में आपके खाते को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
हम इन शर्तों को समय-समय पर अद्यतन कर सकते हैं। महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनों की ऐप में घोषणा की जाएगी। यदि आप अद्यतन शर्तों से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो आपको ऐप का उपयोग बंद करना होगा।
ये शर्तें तुर्की गणराज्य के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। विवादों का समाधान एर्ज़िंकन की अदालतों में किया जाएगा।
